Soy sauce will not result in acne. Soy in excess can result in a decrease in your estrogen levels and a subsequent increase in your androgen levels. This fluctuation in hormones can result in excess. It is important this this may only happen if soy is consumed in excess. Due to its strong taste and therefore limitation in quantity consumed, this is exceptionally unlikely to happen due to soy sauce.
