– Food allergy is caused by an abnormal response of the immune system to certain foods. The most common foods which may cause allergies include:

  • Milk and milk based products such as cheese, cream, butter
  • Eggs
  • Peanuts

  • Seafood
  • Shellfish
  • Wheat
